According to the London daily Elaph, the Lebanese superstar Ragheb Alameh was named United Nations Ambassador to the Climate Change Campaign during a ceremony held in Beirut. The ceremony also featured a presentation about Alameh’s career.
With the exceeding of danger of environmental pollution in the Arab World the UN chose Alameh as the ambassador to the region. The campaign aims to educate people about environment pollution and how it will affect climate change.
Alameh said that the issue of climate change is the responsibility of everyone, because it will dictate the future.
