As part of the third International Video Clip Oscar Festival which will be held in the Egyptian Resort City of Sharm al Sheikh, a Palestinian Intifada Panorama for Video Clip works will be featured.
Special prizes will be designated for productions about the Intifada in addition to the prizes for the Egyptian and Arab productions. There will be also prizes for foreign productions after the UNESCO’s International organization recognized the festival as the first video clip festival in the Middle East and Africa. This has given the festival the international quality, which makes it open for world participation, according to the daily al Gomhuria which will sponsor the festival.

These include Hilmi Baker from Egypt, Wardeh from Algeria, Lutfi Bushnaq from Tunisia, Abu Bakr Salem from Saudi Arabia, Mayyadah al Hinnawi from Syria, Ragheb Alameh from Lebanon and Hamid al Shae’ri from Libya.
The Egyptian actress Madihaah Yusri, festival’s honorary head, dedicated the festival session to the Palestinians and was keen to organize a video clip panorama that would depict the Palestinian people resistance against the Israeli aggression.

Artists on the top of the list include Hani Shaker, Angham, Mohammed Fuad, Assala Nasri, Walid Tawfiq and Laila Ghofran.
