A new album by Lebanese songstress Omaima Khalil is now available in the markets. The album, entitled, Omeima, was produced by various famous Lebanese artists including Marcel Khalife.
According to Al Ittihad newspaper, the album contains a series of social and love songs as well as the famous song Asfour Tal Min El Shubbak (A Bird Peeked Through The Window) which she included as a personal gesture of appreciation to Khalife, who discovered the songstress, and asked her to perform with him on several occasions.
Meanwhile, Khalil presented her new album saying “the ideas are not new but their music is. It is a fusion of old and new Arabic music.” – Albawaba.com.
