Egyptian famous actor Noor Al Sharif stressed that the naked picture of him that has been spread around in the media is fabricated. The picture is taken from Sharif’s new movie “Lailat Al Baby Doll” (Baby Doll Night).
The picture gave rise to chaos throughout the media. Al Sharif stated that in the scene, from which the picture was taken, he wore shorts that were the color of his body for a scene in the movie. There were unethical people who have changed the picture to make him appear as if he’s taking a nude picture.
The director of the movie Adel Adeeb also revealed through interviews on television shows that under no circumstances Noor Al Sharif and no other actor would appear naked in the movie. The scene was taken when Noor Al Sharif wore a pale short that’s the color of his own body. The director asserted that he would not include any inappropriate nude scenes in the film and always takes into account the audience’s feelings.
Noor Al Sharif plays an Egyptian mailman for one of the satellite channels in Iraq who gets arrested and tortured by the American forces in Iraq. He then manages to run away from prison when the Americans take him to the hospital to treat his wounds from the torture that he faced. He almost lost his life while being tortured and when he ran away he put together a group of fighters to fight against the American forces.
“Baby Doll Night” includes a large number of actors like Mahmoud Abed Al Aziz, Jamal Suleiman, Solaf Fawakhirji, Ola Ghanem, Jameel Rateb, Ghada Abed Al Razaq, Nicole Saba and Laila Elwi. The film is written by Abed Al Hai Adeeb and directed by his son Adel Adeeb.
