The release of singer Nawal Al Zughbi’s new album Toul Omri (All My Life) is coinciding with another very happy event in her life -- she is pregnant and expected to have twins.
Zughbi is both joyful and surprised at the news, according to the daily Al Sharq Al Awsat,
She told the paper that everything would be “all right, especially since her daughter Tia, who is now two years and 8 months, loves children a lot, which will make it easier to accept two new child in the family.”
Zughbi furthre said that her present engagements would not be affected.
She has just finished filming the video for her new song Hasseb Nafssak, written by Saud Al Sharbatli and composed by Samir Sfeir. Zughbi is also planning a clip for another song from her new album.
Zughbi said she had not reached the stage of giving up on her singing, and would do her best to balance her family commitments and her singing career.
“It might be true that my activities will be little fewer, but I will concentrate more on better quality work. I have agreed with my husband on devoting more time to my home and family, while he will be…concentrating on my artistic work,” added Zughbi – Albawaba.com
