Lebanese singer Nawal Al Zughbi has dedicated her time entirely to prepare for the release of her new album by the end of coming December. She is having many meetings with her crew to think of new ideas for the cover of her new album and the first filmed song from the album. There is a great secrecy concerning the new album and Nawal won’t even say who will direct it for her.

Nawal is very pleased with the new album and with the type of music that it will include, which according to her is a completely new style.

According to the London daily Elaph, Nawal just got back to Lebanon after going on an American tour, where she had hosted a live concert for the Lebanese House Foundation in Los Angles under the title “Pride of Heritage”.

The ceremony is held annually and a quarter of the profit is donated to the project of building the Lebanese home, in other words to help reconstruct Lebanon after the disastrous Israeli attacks on Lebanon last year. The concert’s ticket prices varied from 500 to 5000 American Dollars. According to the calculation of the foundation the concert made over 325 thousand dollars.

The concert was held at the Beverly Hills Hotel and a large number of the Arab American fans came to see their beloved singer. The main speaker at the celebration was the famous Lebanese actor and director Toni Shalhoob, who has won an Emmy and Golden Globe Awards.

Nawal also held two other concerts in November at the People’s Square in Westwood Blvd. The concerts were a great success and the tickets for both concerts were sold out a week before the scheduled date. Many had requested for Al Zughbi to have other concerts, yet Nawal was tied up in Lebanon doing other work; therefore, she was forced to turn down their requests.

On the other hand Nawal is scheduled to go back on tour in the United States and Canada to host 6 concerts in America and 3 in Canada. She recently sang at a wedding in Lebanon and she is invited to sing at another wedding in the United Arab Emirates.
