If you hadn't already heard, then, where were you for the final of Arabs Got Talent of the second season? Less Scarlet Women, more Lady in Red, our favorite female host, and the heart of the show, Najwa Karam was the picture of elegance in her red dress by designer Zuhair Murad. A stunning impression to leave for the episode of Arabs Got Talent, she took the viewers' breath away with her striking, plush send-off get-up.
Typically well put together, Najwa was also typically true to her tender-hearted judicial attitude, readily giving out her compassion to nearly all the contestants, bar one Mohannad Al Jamili. Less diplomatic and not the soft-touch with this comedy man who she banked on giving as good as he got, she countered his 'funny' move with her own. If her looks weren't killing, then her words certainly were.
In a witty quite acerbic manner, Najwa didn't hold back to spare his feelings when replying to the marriage proposal he had finished his act with. Upon stand-up comedian Al Jamili staged asking her hand in marriage, Najwa replied, perhaps harshly, most definitely dripping with sarcasticasm," I fast and fast, only to marry you?" adding, "what will people say about me, that I am desperate/ there are no other men in the sea?" One could detect a droop in the suitor's demeanor.
