The Lebanese diva threw down a sweet celebration with her closest pals at "88 Café – Resto" in Beirut on occasion of her birthday earlier this week. Well known peeps like Mr. and Mrs. Assi Helani, director Walid Nasif, composer Wisam Al Amir, maestro Ellie Al Alia, stylist Bassam Fatouh, and journalist Jumana Bu Eid were just a few of the faces present at the star's 48th birthday bash.
According to Sayidaty.net, Najwa, known to be one of the few, the proud, the celebrities that admit their own age, said she is not ashamed of getting older, and deemed fear of revealing your age pure ridiculousness.
Najwa gifted her guests with an opening song for the soirée - a duet with Wisam. Assi Helani offered his vocal talents too, dedicating a song to the birthday girl. A hidden agenda for celebrating her own day of birth was to show her support for the owner of the recently opened restaurant, who just so happens to be a personal pal of hers.
Showered with presents of chocolates and flowers, the songstress proved she can still party hardy despite her age, as she sang and danced the night away until 3am.
