Egyptian megastar Nabila Ebeid will star in and produce the new film Al Saqr (Eagle), about the sinking of the Israeli destroyer Elate, according to the Qatari daily Al Raya.
Ebeid will play an Egyptian Navy officer who serves as a double agent with vital information about the enemy warship.
The actor is now holding meetings with director Ali Abdel Khaleq to discuss the film’s details and choose costars.
The last performance for Nabila Ebeid was in the film Al Akhar (The Other), directed by Yousef Shahin - Albawaba.com
