Mirvat is proud of her comeback and believes “Murjan Ahmad Murjan” will be a great success for its unique storyline and large budget.

Mirvat will play the role of Jihan Murad, a college professor involved in campus life and national concerns.  The professor’s activism leads her to run in the parliamentary elections. She garners supporters, particularly from the young generation.

Although, Jihan faces vicious competition from a well known millionaire businessman “Murjan Ahmad Murjan,” played by Adel Imam.  Jihan is shocked to discover that Murjan is being pressured by his children to finish his education.   He decides to return to the university, and that is where Jihan and Murjan meet. Jihan begins to suspect that Murjan has used his tremendous wealth to compensate for his lack of education.  In turn, Murjan’s wit is put to the test.

The screenplay is written by Yusif Moati and “Murjan Ahmad Murjan” is considered to be one of the mot costly productions in Egyptian cinema history.  ‘Good News Production Company’ is spending 27 million Egyptian Pounds for the production.
