After upsetting most of the Arab world with her filthy jokes on TV show, 'LOL', controversial songstress, Maya Diab, is looking to get back into the region's good books.
Her latest single, 'Shiklak Ma Bitiraf' (You Don't Seem to Know), has been a long time coming, with music executives claiming Maya postponed the release due to the "tragic circumstances" in her home country.
Written and composed by Saleem Assaf, the sexy singer's latest track is aiming to recreate those big hits in the U.S. Rumor has it the budget for the music video hit US $500,000 as Maya insisted on a "Hollywood style" to her latest production.
According to the Middle East news portal Elaph, the clip will be first released on the singer's official pages
on Facebook and Twitter on December 19.
