Just two years after "happily married" May Salim went down the aisle, she shocked fans by announcing her divorce from hubby businessman, Ali Al Rifai.
The couple's official line on the matter was that they had drifted apart and that there were no scandals involved but the lack of drama has backfired on the sexy star. Now the rumors have begun that, two months on from the separation, May is considering returning to her ex-hubby.
This week the Jordanian songstress was forced to deny reports of a reconciliation:
"After I announced my separation from my husband months ago, to avoid creation of rumors, I again stress that the decision is final and I did not and will not return to him again. I ask all the media to stay out of my personal life and just focus on my career accomplishments," she tweeted.
Although there is still no news on what really happened between the couple, it looks like the 'irreconcilable differences' are not about to be put to bed any time soon.
