Egyptian actress May Ez EL-Deen has refused roles that were offered to her for three different movies. She didn’t believe that such roles were suitable for her character. She accepted part that didn’t just persuaded her as a beautiful face. She wanted to take part in work where she was taken seriously, therefore; She started in roles that showed her as a strong girl. She was put on the right track when she started in the ramadan series with the famous Egyptian actors Yusra, Mahmoud Abdel Aziz, and Samira Ahmad, which were a great success in Egypt and in the Arab world.
According to the Dubai newspaper Al-Bayan, May have been a great success this past year and she is getting many new offers by famous production companies. May been staying away from typicality and acting the role of the romantic girl to new and strong roles.
May played a spoiled girl in "Liqa’ Ala El Hawa" with Yusra, where her father gave her very hard time forcing her to marry the person he chose for her. At the end May becomes mature and she falls in love with the man she chooses but her father comes in their way.
In "Ya Ward Meen Yeshtareek" series, May played the role of a college girl who ends up marrying a much older than her but successful businessman. May’s last role was with Mahmoud Aziz in "Mahmoud El-Masri", where she played a communist girl whom tries giving everyone around her hard time.
May learned many pointers from the well-known actors that she worked with. They taught her to be natural, understand her character and help her tie her role with that of others.
