Lebanese prominent singer Majida Al Roumi is undergoing extensive negotiations with the Music Production Company Rotana over the possibility of joining them. The singer has expressed that the company must present her with an unusual offer that suits her rich career and not a mere contract that is similar to all the other ones it has with other singers.
According to the London based Elaph, Majida added that she has come a long way in her career and has made it to the top through her talent and hard work and will not settle for anything less than what she deserves. The company is hopeful that it will reach an agreement with Majida, since having her would mean a great deal to their image.
On a different note, it was rumored that the singer has been experiencing family disputes with her husband Anthony and that their problems have gotten out of hand. The singer revealed that she refuses to comment on such ridiculous rumors and will not allow the public to interfere in her personal life. She added that she draws the line when it comes to her husband and children and will not give anyone the satisfaction of meddling in her private affairs.
A sudden decision has put all plans and preparations for the new film "Qisit Hub" (A Love Story) that was to star Lebanese singer Majida and Egyptian actor Ahmad Zaki to an end. Majida has unexpectedly apologized for being unable to continue the film with Zaki due to the occurrence of too many violent scenes in the movie. Majida realized she could not handle all the violence that was due to take place in the film and regretfully pulled herself out, putting a complete end to it.
