Prominent Egyptian actress Laila Elwi declined her nomination to participate in the upcoming film “Youm Lil Sitat” (A Day for Women). Laila’s turning down of the role she is offered so as not to get in the way of her current obligations with filming scenes for her upcoming television dramas that are scheduled to be aired during the holy month of Ramadan.
The filming of the new movie were scheduled to begin in the upcoming few days. The film is written by Hana Attiyeh and directed by Kamleh Abu Thikri. Prominent actress Elham Shahin will star in the leading role, and actresses Ghada Adel and Dina Sameer Ghanem are nominated to costar with her.
