Italian police recovered on Saturday a car stolen last week in Monaco from British actor Roger Moore, best known for portraying James Bond on the big screen.
The luxury Mercedes sedan, with an estimated value of $100,000, was found overnight in perfect condition in Ventimiglia, on the French border.
Police were prompted to verify ownership of the car, stolen November 24, because it seemed out of place in the Italian border town due to its apparent worth. – AFP.
