Tunisian actress Hind Sabri’s first television drama series “Baed Al Foraq” (After the Departure) ahs entered the competition among television series aired during the holy month of Ramadan.
According to the London daily Elaph, Hind has earned her place as a television actor through her role as the young woman ‘Sukarah.’ Ambitious and in love she decides to go on her journey to accomplish her goals.
Critics have applauded her acting talents, playing the role of a poor woman.
Critics have criticized the choice of Egyptian actor Khaled Saleh for the leading role, stating that he is too old to portray a young journalist. In the beginning of the film his character appears as a handsome college student who all the girls admire.
“Baed Al Foraq” has been popular among television viewers and is competing with Ramadan drama series starring great actors like Noor Al Sharif, Yehya Al Fakharni and Yusra.
The series also stars Ehab Fahmi, Nashwa Mustafa and Abed Al Rahman Abi Sahrah.
The series was created by Muhammad Ashraf and directed by Shireen Adel.
