Young Egyptian actress Hala Shiha has joined the international satellite television network Orbit to take part in a new program to be aired during the Muslim fasting month of Ramadan. Hala will host a new show, which revolve around inviting different stars from the entertainment world and holding interviews with them in front of a live audience.
Hala negotiated with the officials at Orbit and finally agreed to do the show. She is currently holding extensive work sessions to brainstorms ideas for the show on how to make it a successful one, which will surely add to her career. According to the daily Al Watan, Hala stressed that the new show is a new direction in her career and she is hopeful that she will excel in it and meet the expectations of viewers.
After a very short engagement that ended in separation both Hala and former squash champion and Ahmad Barada were guests on the television show “Aalbahr” (On The Beach). During the recording of the show, Ahmad was asked what the most attractive thing in Hala was and he replied that it was her shoes, and that he felt she always knew which pair to wear matching whatever outfit she had on.
The question was the cause of a verbal fight to break out between the two leading them to begin throwing accusations at one another. The situation got out of hand leading the director Mohammed Shaban to interfere and calm the two down in order to continue recording the show.
Hala has been witnessing ongoing success since her return to the acting world. Hala’s first role after her return was in the movie “Arees Min Jiha Amnieh” alongside prominent Egyptian comedian-actor Adel Imam, which had proven enormous success. Hala’s participation in Adel’s film has led many producers and directors to seek her and numerous offers were being presented to her to choose from. Hala was shocked to learn that she has been the cause of a dispute to break out between prominent Egyptian actors Hussein Fahmi and Mahamoud Abdul Aziz. Both men had nominated Hala to star in their upcoming works and each were willing to go to great lengths to win her over.
Hala revealed that she is in a real mess because she wants to accept both offers, since it’s a great opportunity for her to star alongside both actors. At the same time each had requested that she frees herself from all other works, a matter which will cause her to think hard of whom she will act alongside with, or try to come out with an appropriate plan to be able to accept both works. –Albawaba.com
