Lebanese singer Haifa Wahbi asserted there is no dispute between her and ‘Rotana’ Production Company, explaining that rumors began to surface since the end of her contract is approaching.
Haifa did not reveal whether she will renew her contract with ‘Rotana.’
Haifa has been attacked with severe criticism regarding a recent episode of her reality television program “The Ranch,” in which she performed songs, imitating the great Lebanese diva Fairouz, in an insulting manner.
Saudi businessman Tareq Al Jafali has abruptly called off his engagement to Haifa. Sources revealed that Tareq took this step as a result of pressure from his family, who insisted that he leave Haifa, stressing that she would not make a suitable wife.
Haifa only recently announced her engagement to 29-year-old Tareq, after a love affair that lasted several months.
The couple held a private engagement party, in which he presented her with a set of diamonds and a 2004 Porsche, valued at 250 thousand US dollars.
