According to the London daily Elaph, a lawsuit has been filed by the composer Mustafa Kamel against the famous Lebanese artist Haifa Wehbe.
The British newspaper “The Guardian” recently published an article titled “Nubian fury monkey at the lyric of Arab pop star Haifa Wehbe”. The Guardian described Haifa as one of the most influential Arab artists and called her a Diva that has received many awards. The newspaper also noted that Haifa has been called the most beautiful women in the world.
The article said that Haifa is facing a lawsuit in Egypt over her new song “Baba Feen” (Where is Daddy). The new song includes lyrics about a “Nubian Monkey,” insulting certain minority groups in Egyptian society.
The “Guardian” also made reference to another song by Haifa “Hey, Good Little Muslim Boy” and that is not true, because Haifa never released such a song.
The British newspaper also described Haifa as being loyal to “Hezbollah” and their leader “Hasan Naser Allah” and how she praised him during the July War back in 2007.
