Egyptian belly dancer/actress Fifi Abdoh revealed that she regrets many of the roles she played at the begining of her career. She added that she makes great efforts in keeping her granddaughter from watching the roles she regretted.
Fifi said to Al Arabia.net that she now lives a totally different life than that in the past. Fifi's life now revolves around her reading the holy Quran on a daily basis and she is trying to make up for all the years she was away from God.
In addition, Fifi makes an to bring up her grand daughter in the best way possible. Fifi said that when she is with her granddaughter and watching television if an inappropriate scene of a dancer or a love scene comes she turns off the television immediately fearing that if her granddaughter watches such scenes she will attempt to imitate them.
The actress said that every person has moments in his life in which he regrets things he/she did in the past, and the right thing to do is to avoid those things. Fifi noted that currently she is trying to get close to God in different ways, which she wished to keep to herself saying that such matters are between a person and God.
