Stellar songstress, but perhaps not the sweetest, Elissa left the Kuwait press incensed at her cold shoulder to their questions. As the Lebanese lovely stepped off the plane, reporters were awaiting her airport arrival with high hopes to get a wicked, sweet interview.
Elissa was arriving to perform at the Hala February music festival, but she surely didn't holla at the press. According to Sayidaty.net, Elissa simply ignored the team of reporters for Kuwaiti TV that are part of the Ministry of Information, the organizing media body for all the performances at the festival that officially airs the events live.
Elissa only smiled to every reporter that approached her with a question and simply stated she was happy to take part in the festival.
This is not the first time that Elissa has kept her nose up and lips sealed in Kuwait; she's done the same to determined journalists past who were equally p-oed.
Every Thursday and Friday this month, concerts held as a part of the festival from 10pm until 3am with stars like Amr Diab and Jannat as headliners.
