Since the famous Lebanese artist Elissa appeared on the entertainment show “Akher Man Ya’lam” (The Last to Know), presented by the Yemeni artist Arwa on MBC, rumors have begun circulating about her weight gain.
Elissa said that she gained weight due to a painful illness affecting her spinal cord. She received shots of cortisone as treatment.
Some rumors claimed that Elissa is in a romantic relationship that led to the weight gain.
Elissa, known for her nice figure, said that she is not emotionally tied to anyone.
On other grounds, Elissa launched her new album on 26 December, called “Tesada’ Bi Meen” (Believe Who). The new album includes 13 songs that vary between the Egyptian and Lebanese dialects. Elissa traveled to Portugal to be photographed for the album cover by international photographer Mathias Clamer. She worked with him twice on other albums.
