Elham Shahin might be the last one to get the memo: the Egyptian actress this week told reporters that despite a mountain of evidence to the contrary, she still believes ousted president Hosni Mubarak is innocent of all corruption charges.
The outspoken actress appeared on TV talk show, 'Tufaha' (Apple), hosted by Nicole Saba, to tell viewers about her continued love of the ex-Egyptian president. Elham said she thought Mubarak still had "potential" and that she was "hysterical" when she heard about Mohammed Morsy's victory at the polls.
Elham added that she was worried about the rise of religion influencing politics although she told host, Nicole, she was willing to give Muslim Brotherhood president Morsy a chance.
