Lebanese singer Darine Hadchiti recently appeared as a guest on the show ‘ART Weekend,’ hosted by Laila Zeidan and Ellie Ahwash, aried on the Arab satellite network Arab Radio and Television (ART).
During the show Darine attributed the success of her songs to her careful selection of lyrics that express her inner feelings. Competition in the music industry today is fierce, there is a fine line between eloquent and cheap music and everyone is on a mission to stand out in their own style, she said.
When asked about her love life, Darine asserted that she is still waiting for ‘Mr. Right,’ but currently her career is her first priority. No matter how successful she becomes, finding the right man is very important and one does not cancel out the other, said the singer.
Darine revealed some details regarding her upcoming music video, stating that it will be completely different from her previous clips and filming will take place in Australia under the direction of Jad Habbar.
Recently Hadchiti held a press conference in Beirut for the release her second album “Irtahlak Albi” (My Heart is Comfortable with You) produced by ‘EMI.’
During the conference Darine spoke openly about her new album and her future ambitions in the music industry. Journalists described the rising star as “very down to earth,” responding to questions “freely.”
The singer said she does not expect to achieve great fame overnight, but rather wants to take it one step at a time.
Darine spoke about her first album “Udam El Kul” (In Front of Everyone), and said that she is proud of its success. The singer has her own unique style that is capturing the hearts of fans.
