Wedding bells chimed and Asala Nasri's duaghter Sham said "I do" to her fiance after a tumultuous relationship that put them on a romantic hiatus for a time. With so much going back and forth already in the couple's history, it's no wonder that Sham decided to spice things up in the musical department.

Well, we do actually wonder what led to her ditch her Egyptian superstar Amr Diab for Lebanese songster Ramy Ayach as reported by source close to Asala. The reasons for the eleventh hour change were not revealed, which leaves us curious minds wanting to know!

According to Sayidaty.net, it was added that Lebanese singer Haifa Wehbe was also to perform at the wedding, but sources said she was a no show at the prestigious affair held in the Egyptian touristic city of Sharm El Sheikh.

Haifa might have just been the only celebrity not in attendance at the social event of the season. Ahlam made an appearance as did Moroccan singer Samira Said and Egyptian singer Angham, who took selfies with Asala and Shams.

The mother of the bride insisted on micro-managing every deet of the day, including the final touches of her daughter's look. The bride's makeup and hair was done by famous Lebanese stylist Joe Raed, and her dress was especially designed by Lebanese fashion designer Nicola Jubran.
