Angham Records New Album

Egyptian singer Angham has recently finished her new album Leih Sibtaha (Why Did You Leave Her), after wrapping up a shuttle tour in the Arab World to stage her play Rasasah Fil Qalb (A Bullet in the Heart) along with Ali Al Hajjar,  

The album consists of nine songs, including the Saudi-style song Tedhak Alai (You Are Laughing at Me) written by Saud Sharbatli and composed by Al Faisal. The rest of the songs are in the Egyptian colloquial dialect, according to the Saudi daily Al Riyadh. 

The album also includes the songs Ana E’ndak (I’m with You) written by Bahei Eddin Mohammed and composed by Sharif Taj; Rahat Liali, written by Mohammed Rifaa’e and also composed by Sharif Taj; Nujum Al Leil, written by Wael Hilal and composed by Amir Abdel Majeed; and Hairan, written by Naser Rashwan and composed by Amir Abdel Majeed.  

Among the album’s songs also are Habbeitak Leih (Why Did I Love You?) written by Nader Abdullah and composed by Sharif Taj, and Magabshi Sirti, written by Bahei Eddin Mohammed and composed by Riyad Al Hamshari.
