Kuwaiti host Mashael Al Znkoy appeared as a third star on the entertainment show “A Moon and Three Stars.”
Her appearance was requested by the young Emirati singer Al Wasmi. He wanted her to join the co-hosts of the show Reem Bo Qamarah and Liza Duob.
According to the London daily Elaph, Al Wasmi didn’t hide his admiration for Mashael who wore pink for the episode, resembling Barbie. Al Wasmi flirted with Mashael on the live show, and he also recited a poem for her. Al Wasmi even asked her to appear in one of his upcoming video clips.
Al Wasmi also signed his latest album “Al Wasmi 2008” at the Hayah Plaza Mall in Doha. Fans swarmed him to have heir album copies signed. He also distributed posters and pictures to his fans.
Al Wasmi became well-known over the past two years, and he thanks “Al Nojoom” music satellite channels for making him famous in the Khaliji “Gulf” countries. He also participated in Al Masqat and Salala festivals.
Al Wasmi denies that he and the Emirati singer Ahlam and are famous for singing in Arabic dialects other than Emirati dialect.
He would love to sing with the Kuwaiti singer Nawal, said Al Wasmi.
