Officials at the music production company Funoon Al Jazeerah (Al Jazeerah Arts), regretfully apologized for not being able to continue in their quest to get the rights for distributing UAE singer Ahlam’s new album. The reason behind this mishap is due to the fact that several unexpected problems appeared on the side of Alam El Phan, which is the music production company that produced Ahlam’s album.
According to the Saudi based daily, Al Riyadh, Alam El Phan had pointed out that according to the contract between them and Ahlam, they are the only ones who have the right to distribute her album. For this, Al Jazeerah Arts decided to pullout not wanting to get mixed up in any mess with another company.
It was noted that Alam El Phan had placed some extremely difficult conditions for any other company to distribute any of its albums and set a very high price, which was refused by Al Jazeerah. This album will mark the first Alam El Phan produces for Ahlam after her recent decision to become one of their members.
Ahlam had finally confessed that there exists a love relationship between her and future hubby Mubarak, and he is her first and last true love. During a trip to London with her fiancé, Ahlam revealed publicly the true nature of her relationship with Mubarak saying that she is proud to announce to the world that she has found the man of her dreams.
Ahlam said that from the first moment she laid eyes on Mubarak she knew he was the man she was searching for all these years, and ever since they have not parted once. She found in him all the characters and traits any woman looks for in the man of her dreams.
On his part, Mubarak admitted that Ahlam is a very sensitive woman who needs extra care. He vowed publicly to protect, love and take good care of her and treat her like a queen. He added that Ahlam deserves all the good things life has to offer and he will make sure she gets them.
On a different note, a war had broken out between Ahlam and Tunisian singer Thikra. Ahlam has attacked Thikra and accused her of lacking the talent to sing, demanding she put an end to the disgrace she is causing to the Khaliji (Gulf) song at once.
Ahlam said that Thikra's voice is horrible and it's a shame to consider her a singer. The attack came after Thikra released her latest Khaleji album, which Ahlam considered as a trespassing into her territory by an outsider. –Albawaba.com
