ALBAWABA - The mother of actor Ahmed Helmy passed away early this morning, Friday, after a battle with illness that lasted for the past few months.
The funeral procession will take place after Friday prayers at Nasser Mosque in Banha, Qalyubia Governorate, and she will be buried in Al-Shamout Cemetery.
Ahmed Helmy had spoken about his mother several times before her passing, through touching messages he shared on his official social media accounts, expressing his deep love and appreciation for her.
In one of his messages, he wrote: "Happy birthday, Mom. If I could turn back time, I would so I could relive your parenting journey all over again."
