Silver-throated singer Ahlam, the UAE native who was the Best Arab Singer prizewinner at this year’s Song Festival in Cairo, will perform a concert at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London on August 16.
The concert organizer, Zakariya Faraj, told the London-based daily Al Sharq Al Awsat daily that Ahlam’s concert would mark the start of the summer concerts by Arab singers in London.
Ahlam is known to enjoy singing in London, where she sang at the beginning of her career. She was also chosen as Singer of the Year by the London-based magazine Al Majalla for one of her concerts there, and after another concert she announced her engagement – Albawaba.com
