Since two years ago, the pretty Syrian artist Rawas’h Yasin has been gearing up to play her role in the comedy series “Maraya” (Mirrors) which this year will be named Hadith al Maraya (Mirrors Speech).
Rawa’h told the London based Arabic daily al Sharq al Awsat, “Since two years ago I have been participating in many scenes in Yaser al Athma’s “Maraya” (Mirror) as I assume the roles of many characters according to the nature of the scene.”
Commenting on her series “A’ma Alwan” (Color Blindness) Yasin says, “I have recently wrapped up my role in the series Color Blindness which is a UAE direction, production and acting. I was the only Syrian artist in the series where I played the role as a teacher in a UAE school who admires her colleague and become closer to him. All of a sudden she finds out that the young man is engaged to another teacher and so a conflict erupts between the two. Finally teacher Rawa’h decides to keep away by returning to her country in order to maintain her relation with her colleague, the other female teacher—Albawaba.com
