A middle-aged man was arrested in Jahra after he sat down by the side of a road and held an open-air concert in an inebriated state.
Police rushed to Al-Naeem where several people reported seeing a drunk man singing loudly.
The Kuwaiti man was arrested and taken to the Jahra police station where he was charged for public nuisance and intoxication.
