Libyan Youth Hostels Association

The Libyan Youth Hostel Association was established on February 14, 1973, in a room at the University of Tripoli. The association includes more than 10,000 members in its membership, and the number of currently registered hostels is 58 youth hostels spread throughout Libya.

The Youth Hostel Association works in the field of youth care and specializes in providing accommodation that is healthy and safe for its members, patrons, and tourist groups visiting Libya, and encouraging travel, travel, and internal and external tourism, to provide opportunities for meeting between international youth to get to know each other, form friendships, learn about the cultures of other worlds, introduce the Libyan cultural heritage, and contribute to volunteer and social work toward society.
