Activists: Syrian regime used phosphorous bombs near Jordan border

Sparking fears of a regional spillover of the Syrian crisis, activists said Wednesday that the Syrian government has used phosphorous bombs near the Jordanian border. The alleged use of the weapons raises questions over the regime's use of chemical weapons.
