Bahrain’s Capital Club hosts executive workshop “An Even Better Place To Work’

Capital Club, Bahrain’s premier private business Club recently hosted an executive workshop entitled "An Even Better Place to Work" led by world-renowned public speaker, psychologist and author, Mr. Shay McConnon. 

The aim of the workshop was to introduce Members and their guests to best practices which motivated employees to consistently contribute their best by raising self esteem, trust, building relationships thereby enhancing their performance at the workplace. 

Mr. McConnon described in his presentation the concepts and benefits of adopting "An Even Better Place To Work" programme which helps to build staff relationships within the working environment. The workshop was organized by Capital Club in partnership with Teamworking International.
